How it Works - Transcription Services
There are two ways to provide us with your audio file:
Record your information using our toll-free Conference Lite® system.
- Dial a toll-free number
- Record your meeting
- Send us an email indicating when a recording needs to be transcribed.
Access to our system to upload your existing audio recording
- Use your own system to produce a recording
- Log into your account & upload the recording to our server
- Inform us when a recording needs to be transcribed.
Acceptable audio file formats:
wav, dss, mp2, wma, aif, vox, ogg, sri, dvf, ram, mp2, and other
Upload a recording to our server – you retrieve it from our server and transcribe it
Use our toll-free audio recording service
- Client dials a toll-free number
- Records their material
- You download recording & transcribe
